Brie & Cranberry Tartlets

Here’s another Christmasy one for you! Enjoy 😀

Roll of shortcrust pastry
Cranberry Sauce


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade
  2. Roll out the pastry (or unroll if using pre-rolled) and use the cutters to cut out each tartlet. Place these into the tartlet tray and ensure they are impressed into the bottom. If you are not using a cutter, form a small ball of pastry (around 2cm in diameter), put this into the tartlet tray and press in with
  3. Cut up brie into small chunks (less than 1cmx1cm) and place a couple of chunks in each tartlet
  4. Add a small amount of cranberry sauce to each tartlet
  5. Sprinkle a couple of pinenuts onto each tartlet
  6. Put into the oven for 12mins or until brown

Presentation tip: Straight lines on slate trays works amazingly! Feel free to decorate with festiveness, cinnamon sticks, dried orange or foilage.
