
Ok this is the one you have been waiting for, the one that people pledge their everlasting friendship with me on! THE CHRISTMAS DINNER CANAPE!!!
Ingredients
1 pack of diced turkey breast
Rosemary, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
Stuffing (whatever your favourite is!)
Cranberry Sauce
Yorkshire Puddings
Optional – Gravy (Controversially I actually prefer beef gravy with Turkey…)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade
- Season the turkey with rosemary, salt, pepper, lemon juice & olive oil
- Put the Turkey in the oven for 20 mins (or the amount of time recommended on the packaging)
- Make the stuffing – mix water, stuffing mix and a knob of butter and leave for 5 mins
- Add a small amount of the stuffing to the Yorkshire pudding and place into the oven for 6 mins
- Take the Turkey out the oven when done and add to the Yorkshire pudding
- Add cranberry sauce & gravy (optional)
Presentation tip – people just can’t get enough of this one, so pile them high and don’t worry too much about them looking beautiful!! 🙂
