You can do this old classic in either clear shot glass or even in a
lettuce leaf.
Ingredients – makes 20
20 king prawns (can buy cooked pre-marinaded)
Cos lettuce
Rocket
1 Avocado
1 lime
1 dessert spoon of Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Worcester Sauce
1 teaspoon of Tomato ketchup
A couple of drops of Tabasco sauce
Chilli flakes
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, tomato ketchup, lime juice and Tabasco sauce.
- Shred the lettuce and mix with rocket and diced avocado.
- Put the salad mix at the bottom of the shot glass (so around 2/3 full), add a prawn with tail sticking out of the glass and top with the sauce.
