Mango & Yoghurt Shots

These could not be easier and are a lovely refreshing addition to any event.

Ingredients – makes 20

1 Mango
1 200g pot of yoghurt (I like greek with honey but feel free to pick your favourite!)
Chocolate (to grate and garnish)
A pack of raspberries (to garnish)

Method

  1. Remove the skin and cut up the mango (if you’re running short of time you can always buy the ready to eat stuff) and blitz in the blender to make a smooth puree
  2. Add the mango puree to the shot glass up to around 1/3 full
  3. Spoon the yoghurt on top of the mango puree to make up another 1/3 of the glass
  4. Finely grate some chocolate on the top and add a raspberry to garnish
