
These could not be easier and are a lovely refreshing addition to any event.
Ingredients – makes 20
1 Mango
1 200g pot of yoghurt (I like greek with honey but feel free to pick your favourite!)
Chocolate (to grate and garnish)
A pack of raspberries (to garnish)
Method
- Remove the skin and cut up the mango (if you’re running short of time you can always buy the ready to eat stuff) and blitz in the blender to make a smooth puree
- Add the mango puree to the shot glass up to around 1/3 full
- Spoon the yoghurt on top of the mango puree to make up another 1/3 of the glass
- Finely grate some chocolate on the top and add a raspberry to garnish
