Ingredients – makes 20
2 pears
Stilton cheese
Rocket
Parma Ham
Lemon Juice
Fig balsamic glaze
Method
1) Cut the pear into quarters and then slices around 1cm thick, cut out any seeds/hard bits
2) Douse the pear pieces in lemon juice to ensure they don’t go brown
3) Cut the stilton into pieces to fit the pear and place on top of the pear bases
4) Place a couple of leaves of rocket on top of the stilton
5) Cut parma ham into thin strips and wrap the pear bundle in the parma ham
6) Drizzle with a fig balsamic glaze
Presentation tips: I think these look great on a heavy wooden platter with a messy drizzle of fig balsamic!
