Peach, basil & serrano ham

These was my favourite canapé over the summer, while peaches were in season! They are refreshing and super tasty!
Ingredients – makes 24
4-5 peaches
24 fresh basil leaves
1 pack of serrano ham
24 canapé/cocktail sticks
Method
  1. Cut the peaches into slices, getting 5-6 from each peach, depending on its size.
  2. Cut the serrano ham (I find using scissors the easiest) into strips around 3 inches long.
  3. Fold the serrano ham and place onto the peach face, place the basil leaf on top and secure with a canapé/cocktail stick.
Presentation tip – I think these look gorgeous displayed on a circular white plate with all the sticks pointing outwards.
